I was delighted to hear that my plant arrangement had arrived as arranged on line. I was however very disappointed to see a photo of the actual arrangement that was delivered as it bore no resemblance to the one selected from the photo on your Website, which I appreciate may be a seasonal thing but the plants were completely different and the flower colour was pink and not the yellows and oranges expected. The ribbon was not yellow as ordered. We were relying on you as the arrangement was sent from family in Scotland.
It was wonderful. Very easy to order and received email when they flowers were delivered. My aunt lived the flowers she said they were beautiful

Kudos! to Drummond's & especially to Mary Ellen, with whom I spoke with at length to choose, and design an affordable beautiful standing funeral wreath for a family member. Mary Ellen answered my questions and concerns in great detail. My residency out of town, had me with some concern on the actual arrangement being what I wanted.
