I sent these flowers as a surprise gift to my mother. I do not live in the same town as her so they were to be delivered. I requested that the florist call her before delivery to be sure she was home. ( I gave them her home number and her cell number.) She is a very busy lady and does a lot of volunteer work in her community. I can not keep up with her schedule and when she has something on her calendar. Thus, the request to call her before delivery. They went to her house without contacting her. She was not home. She ended up going by the florist and picking up the flowers herself. I was disappointed that she had to do this. She did call and say the poinsettia was beautiful. For that I am happy. Just wish she had not had to go pick up her own flower.

Kudos! to Drummond's & especially to Mary Ellen, with whom I spoke with at length to choose, and design an affordable beautiful standing funeral wreath for a family member. Mary Ellen answered my questions and concerns in great detail. My residency out of town, had me with some concern on the actual arrangement being what I wanted.
